Senior Automated Test Engineer - Playwright / Robot Framework
About the job
- A Bac+5 qualification from an engineering school or equivalent university qualification, specializing in computer science, or significant equivalent experience.
- Four to seven years of experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of test automation using Playwright and Robot Framework.
- Knowledge of TypeScript or JavaScript and Python.
- Experience with API testing using Postman.
- Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, Jenkins, and Jira.
- Strong analytical ability and rigor.
- Ability to communicate in French and English.
- Design, automate, and maintain functional tests for web, mobile, and API applications.
- Develop automation scripts using Playwright with TypeScript or JavaScript, and Robot Framework with Python.
- Create modular, maintainable automation frameworks following QA best practices.
- Test REST and SOAP APIs using dedicated tools and libraries, including Playwright API Testing, Robot Requests Library, and Postman.
- Contribute to executing and integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab, and related tools.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with Development, Product, and DevOps teams.
- Analyze test results, diagnose anomalies, and track their resolution.
- Ensure quality assurance best practices are applied.
- ISTQB Foundation or Advanced certification.
