Litify launches AI call intelligence built into its case management platform

Litify, a legal case management platform, has launched LitifyAI Call Intelligence, an AI client intake tool built into its platform. It lets law firms capture and qualify prospective clients without a separate AI intake vendor. Through Call Companion, intake specialists get real-time caller identification, speaker-separated transcription, and intake playbooks tailored to case types. The tool works with more than 20 telephony providers, including Dialpad, Zoom, and Five9. It prefills intake questionnaires with answers linked to transcript quotes and audio, which staff review before saving. Firms can also set lead scoring criteria in natural language. "With Call Intelligence, we've given intake teams an AI companion that handles everything except the human connection," said Lauren Rothrock, chief product officer at Litify. The tool is available now to Litify customers.

Litify launches ai-powered Call Intelligence natively within its case management platform.

Litify launches ai-powered Call Intelligence natively within its case management platform. From answered calls to missed calls and voicemails, LitifyAI Call Intelligence captures and qualifies every potential lead within the firm's existing platform, connecting intake data to agentic workflows that help move cases forward. NEW YORK, October 20, 2026-(BUSINESS WIRE)-Litify, the leading AI-native Platform of Action for law firms and legal departments, today announced the launch of LitifyAI Call Intelligence, a new AI-powered client intake solution built directly into its case management platform, allowing firms to capture and qualify prospective clients without adding a separate AI intake vendor. Integrated with Litify Agentic Case Expert (ACE), Call Intelligence turns intake conversations into verified, actionable case data, combining real-time call assistance, citation-backed lead qualification and follow-up workflows within the platform firms already use to manage their cases. Though the intake process is a critical first step in case acquisition, moving a prospective client from initial inquiry to onboarding isn't always straightforward. Instead of moving closer to signing a retainer, prospective clients are often left repeating information, receiving conflicting outreach, and potentially taking their case to a competing firm. For firms relying on standalone AI tools, the tradeoff is clear: gaining modern AI capabilities can mean introducing another disconnected system into their case management workflows. Through Call Companion, the live call experience embedded in Litify's native AI suite, intake specialists receive real-time caller identification and contextual information, along with speaker-separated transcription and dynamic intake playbooks tailored to different case types. Call Companion guides specialists through relevant questions and firm-defined procedures, helping teams capture critical information consistently while remaining focused on the caller. Rather than replacing intake specialists, Call Intelligence supports them during the conversations where a firm's most valuable cases can be won or lost. It also integrates with more than 20 telephony providers, including Dialpad, CallRail, Five9, Zoom, and Intermedia Elevate, allowing firms to retain their existing phone systems while capturing inbound, outbound, and voicemail interactions, including calls handled outside the live Call Companion experience. Beyond transcription, Call Intelligence prefills intake questionnaires with suggested answers supported by citations to the original conversation. Each suggestion links directly to the corresponding transcript quote and timestamped audio, allowing specialists to verify information before accepting it. Staff retain control over what enters the case record, reviewing suggested responses before using the one-click "Save to Litify" action to commit accepted answers, call records, and transcripts together. This approach helps firms maintain accurate, verifiable intake records rather than relying on unsourced AI summaries.

AI readiness for law firms: getting your systems ready for Harvey, CoCounsel, and beyond.

AI readiness for law firms: getting your systems ready for Harvey, CoCounsel, and beyond. Legal AI is now a competitive advantage for law firms. Harvey is now used by more than 100,000 lawyers across 1,300-plus organizations. CoCounsel, Thomson Reuters' assistant, is wired directly into Westlaw and Practical Law. Platforms like Litify, Clio, and RingCentral are layering AI into the systems firms already run every day. But here's what the vendors won't tell you in the demo: AI readiness for law firms has almost nothing to do with which tool you buy. It has everything to do with whether the systems underneath it are clean, connected, and secure enough to trust an AI on top of them. The best legal AI pointed at messy data, disconnected systems, and loose security will only multiply your problems faster. Before your firm signs up for any of these platforms, the foundation is what determines whether you get value or a very expensive disappointment. Popular legal tech platforms today. Look at what some of the law firms Eclipse Networks, Inc. work with depend on: Harvey and CoCounsel generate research, summaries, and first drafts - but their output is only as good as the documents and matter data you feed them. Garbage in, confident-sounding garbage out. Litify runs on Salesforce and unifies matter management, intake, billing, and documents into one system, with AI built in. Its value comes entirely from having your data structured and centralized in the first place - Litify's platform is built on Salesforce, AWS, and Anthropic infrastructure. Clio brings AI into practice management through Clio Duo, but it can only reason over the matters, contacts, and time entries you've actually kept organized in it. RingCentral adds an AI layer (RingSense) that transcribes and analyzes client calls and can even route inbound calls automatically. It's a powerful system, but only if it integrates cleanly with your case management system for tracking messages and notes. RingCentral integrates with Clio, Litify, and other legal platforms. Every one of these tools assumes something about your firm: that your data is organized, your systems talk to each other, and your security can withstand pointing an AI at privileged client information. How to avoid stalling on AI projects. Readiness isn't a mindset. It's four concrete conditions, and you can check your firm against each one: * Clean, structured data. AI is a reflection of what you give it. If your matters live half in a case management system, half in email, and half in a shared drive named "Documents_FINAL_v3," an AI tool will surface the wrong version, miss context, and produce answers you can't rely on. Getting your matter data consolidated and consistent is the unglamorous work that makes every AI feature above actually perform. * Systems that connect. The real payoff comes when your phone system, case management, document storage, and research tools share information instead of sitting in silos. That requires deliberate integration and, often, a cloud foundation built to support it. Sorting out which systems you need and how they fit together is exactly the kind of planning a virtual CTO exists to do - mapping your tools to your workflow before you spend on licenses. * Security that can hold privileged data. This is the one that should keep managing partners up at night. Feeding client information into an AI tool raises immediate questions of confidentiality, privilege, and your ethical duty to protect client data. That means enforced multi-factor authentication, controlled access, clear data-handling rules, and knowing exactly where client information goes when a tool processes it. AI readiness and strong cybersecurity and data protection are the same project - you cannot responsibly do the first without the second. * A modern cloud backbone. Most of these platforms are cloud-native and expect you to be too. A firm still anchored to an aging on-premise server and a patchwork of local files will fight the tooling at every step. A properly configured Microsoft 365 and cloud environment gives AI tools the secure, accessible data layer they're designed to work with. Establishing the right technology foundation. The firms getting real value from legal AI started by getting their house in order. They consolidated data, integrated systems, tightened security, and then layered AI tools on top. The firms struggling started with a subscription and discovered the hard way that AI can't fix a broken foundation. You don't need an in-house IT department to get there. Many firms handle this through a co-managed or outsourced IT partnership. Schedule an AI readiness assessment. Before your firm commits to Harvey, CoCounsel, Litify, Clio, RingCentral, or anything else, run a simple AI-readiness check: Is its matter data clean and centralized? Do its core systems actually connect? Can its security stand up to privileged data flowing through an AI? Are Eclipse Networks, Inc. operating in a modern cloud environment? If the answer to any of those is no, that's where the real work is. Eclipse Networks helps law firms build that foundation, from organizing and securing data, integrating case management and communications, to standing up the cloud and security environment that legal AI depends on. If you're weighing an AI platform and want to know whether your systems are actually ready for it, schedule a consultation and Eclipse Networks, Inc.'ll help you build the base before you buy the tool.

Litify launches ai-powered demands, advancing end-to-end agentic workflows across the case lifecycle.

Litify launches ai-powered demands, advancing end-to-end agentic workflows across the case lifecycle. Powered by Supio, LitifyAI Instant Demands extends Litify's ecosystem of AI agents, enabling plaintiff firms to automate key pre-litigation workflows and generate complete, submission-ready demand packets in minutes. NEW YORK-(BUSINESS WIRE)-Litify, the leading AI-native Platform of Action for law firms and legal departments, today announced the launch of LitifyAI Instant Demands, a new native capability designed to help plaintiff firms generate comprehensive, submission-ready demand packets in minutes without manual assembly. It is delivered through a deepened, strategic partnership with Supio, a leading AI platform purpose-built for plaintiff law. For personal injury firms, demand generation is often the culmination of a series of disconnected workflows spanning document collection, damages tracking, policy review, and case preparation. Each manual handoff introduces delays, creates operational bottlenecks, and increases the risk of missed opportunities that can impact settlement outcomes. Today, Litify and Supio are automating the demand process by transforming complex case data into submission-ready packages through a single, seamless workflow. LitifyAI Instant Demands produces both the demand narrative and a comprehensive exhibit packet, automatically compiling, organizing, and citing supporting documents. It leans on Supio for deep document analysis, fact extraction, and initial narrative and packet drafting. Firms can also leverage specific templates to mirror their preferred structure, tone, and formatting, and continue to edit the packet directly in Litify - ensuring every demand is submission-ready without leaving the platform. Further, LitifyAI Instant Demands works alongside Litify Agentic Case Expert (ACE) to help firms reclaim more than 40 manual hours across the case lifecycle. The Document Assistant automatically ingests and classifies new documents. From there, LitifyAI Damages Assistant reviews medical records and bills to generate an accurate, source-linked medical chronology, while the Policy Agent auto-tallies new damages against insurance policies and flags untapped coverage. Once damages reach a threshold against the policy limits, LitifyAI Instant Demands is triggered to draft the demand, generating both the demand letter and cited exhibit packet. Once complete, the attorney is notified for a final one-click review before sending it to the insurance carrier. By automating an estimated 20-50% of the pre-litigation process with this agentic workflow, firms can increase throughput without expanding headcount, reduce administrative burden, and focus more time on strategy and client advocacy. More importantly, they can move cases forward with greater consistency and deliver more complete, well-supported demands. "The legal industry has largely focused on using AI to assist with individual tasks, but that's only part of the equation," said Lauren Rothrock, Chief Product Officer at Litify. "Our vision is an agentic platform where work progresses automatically from one stage of the case to the next. Documents are classified, damages are tracked, policy limits are evaluated, and, when a case is ready, a complete demand packet is automatically generated for attorney review - and that's all before we delve into our Litigation agents. LitifyAI Instant Demands is a key milestone in that journey because it moves firms beyond AI-assisted work toward AI-executed workflows." Leveraging Supio's AI-powered plaintiff law intelligence, LitifyAI Instant Demands brings advanced medical intelligence directly into Litify's broader agentic workflow. Embedded into Litify, Supio's AI identifies, digests, and analyzes every medical data point during the drafting process. With critical case documentation like medical records and case materials, a firm's ability to leverage Supio's insight directly within Litify ensures all medically relevant data is captured to build stronger cases, resulting in stronger outcomes for clients. "By combining our document intelligence with Litify's platform of action, medical insights automatically trigger tasks, notifications, and next-step workflows, reducing manual effort while empowering firms to move with greater speed and precision," said Andrew Kim, Vice President of Business Development and Strategic Partnerships at Supio. "Having the confidence that all medical data is accurate and integrated into a single interface not only delivers clarity throughout the case building process, but it also allows firms to streamline workflows so client needs are ultimately best served." This launch reflects a broader shift toward agentic solutions that generate and orchestrate work autonomously in the background, reinforcing Litify's position as the Platform of Action that helps legal teams turn insight into execution and move work forward with greater speed, visibility, and intelligence.
