- Licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in Montana, or ability to obtain licensure.
- Associate’s degree from an accredited occupational therapy assistant program.
- CPR/First Aid certification, or willingness to complete it.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Passion for relationship-based, child-led therapy.
- Provide pediatric occupational therapy treatment under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
- Implement individualized treatment plans and goals.
- Provide engaging, play-based therapy.
- Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teammates.
- Complete documentation clearly and efficiently.
- Participate in supervision, team meetings, and clinical collaboration.
- Pediatric experience is preferred, but not required.
