Requirements
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in Project/Program Management, account management, or other customer-facing roles.
  • Experience delivering end-user facing software solutions.
  • Professional PM certification (PMP, Prince2, ITIL, Agile, SCRUM, or equivalent).
  • Strong understanding of CCaaS, telephony solutions, enterprise or generative AI, and API integrations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once, with an emphasis on on-time, on-budget delivery.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Spanish is required.
  • Ability to travel up to 15%.
Responsibilities
  • Define and manage project scope, ensuring the successful delivery of multiple end-user facing software solutions.
  • Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, both functional and non-functional, to ensure project success.
  • Develop and distribute key project management documents, including implementation plans, schedules, budgets, issue logs, risk assessments, and status reports.
  • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring project data is accurately maintained in internal systems.
  • Present project outcomes and make recommendations to stakeholders, while maintaining and building strong client relationships.
  • Support less experienced team members by fostering a collaborative, learning-focused environment.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience deploying speech analytics, Conversational BOTs, or Agent Assist technologies.
  • Ability to manage a remote team across different geographies and time zones.
