Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of Enterprise Account Executives
  • Travel up to 50% of your week
  • Drive team performance to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Lead by example, providing hands-on support and guidance to your team
  • Guide enterprise representatives in identifying and securing new opportunities
  • Work closely with Enterprise Development, Sales Engineering, Channel Development, and partners
  • Collaborate with the channel partner sales organization
  • Prepare sales forecasts, manage territories and industries
  • Monitor and report on performance metrics
  • Assist with quotes, engage in high-level negotiations
  • Organize regular individual and team pipeline reviews
  • Spearhead recruitment, onboarding, and mentorship of Enterprise Account Executives
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience working with channel partners to drive deal registrations and revenue growth
  • Familiarity with MEDDIC sales training
