This is a hands-on design role to conceptualize and deliver human-centric solutions for our client experiences. You will be able to the understand the goal and deliver solutions on time that meet requirements and adherence to company standards.
With proven delivery skills, a strong knowledge of the craft and relevant tools, you will inspire others with your execution and defendable insights. Strong ability to articulate ideas with relevance to peers and embrace diverse perspectives. As a member of a larger team, you will support and contribute to our design culture by participating in events and initiatives that further Design within the organization.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Lead design activities in cross-functional development teams to create industry leading
experiences for our clients, teammates and the business.
2. Participate in design driven programs to define insights, create solutions and advocate for
client needs.
3. Design and deliver artifacts across a variety of environments.
4. Strong knowledge of design standards, industry guidelines, and best practices with the ability
to push beyond to uncover new and distinctive solutions.
5. Consult and collaborate with talented teams in a supportive, complex environment and develop
an understanding of broader organizational context and goals.
6. Use storytelling and persuasion techniques that build trust with partners and establish long-term relationships.
7. Stay current on trends, theories, methods and processes.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in related field (or equivalent work experience)
2. 2+ years of experience in the field (may include equivalent education)
3. Excellent ability to communicate ideas and rationales to influence decision-making
4. Strong understanding and application of industry and discipline standards
5. Excellent time and issue management skills
6. Experience creating artifacts and executing ideas
7. Strong ability to give and accept critique, coaching, and feedback
8. Proficiency in applicable software applications
9. English language fluency
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience interacting with creative teams, business owners and technical teams
2. Working knowledge of engineering/development processes, particularly Agile
3. Comfort level in working within a self-directed culture and navigating ambiguity
4. A strong passion for improving people’s lives through design.
