Requirements
  • 12–15+ years of progressive experience in talent management, leadership development, succession planning, or organizational development, including direct ownership and accountability for enterprise-wide programs.
  • A demonstrated track record designing, building, and running talent and leadership programs from scratch inside a growing, evolving company.
  • Direct experience across organizational design, organizational development, succession planning, and executive coaching.
  • A track record advising and coaching senior executives directly and facilitating candid talent conversations with a CEO, COO, or senior leadership team.
  • Working knowledge of adult learning principles, leadership competency frameworks, and talent assessment and diagnostic tools.
  • Strong analytical skills, including defining metrics, building dashboards, and using data to guide talent investment.
  • Strong consulting and influence skills, with the ability to shape enterprise strategy as a peer to the executive team.
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
Responsibilities
  • Own and drive the multi-year enterprise talent and leadership strategy, reporting to the COO and partnering with the Senior Vice President of Human Resources.
  • Design and operationalize the talent architecture model across early experience, cross-functional exposure, strategic-role scouting, ongoing coaching, and preparation for broader enterprise responsibilities.
  • Set and track key performance indicators for the leadership strategy and report progress against the program finalization timeline.
  • Set the enterprise talent and leadership agenda and partner with Talent Acquisition and the broader Human Resources team on execution.
  • Partner with the COO, Senior Vice President of Human Resources, and business leaders on organizational structure, role design, and span-of-control decisions.
  • Lead or support enterprise-wide change management and cultural-alignment work related to organizational redesign, new leadership models, or major initiatives.
  • Build and maintain reporting and dashboards tracking talent and leadership-development activity, program participation, bench-strength coverage, trajectory distribution, retention and attrition in critical roles, and timeline progress.
  • Report regularly to the COO and CEO on program health, leadership pipeline coverage, succession risk, and critical-role exposure.
Desired Qualifications
  • An advanced degree.
  • A relevant certification such as SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or an equivalent executive coaching credential.
