About the job
- At least 1 year of recent LPN experience in an acute care setting.
- An active New York State LPN license and current BLS certification.
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
- A physical exam completed within the past year.
- A PPD or QuantiFERON test completed within the past year, or a chest X-ray completed within the past five years.
- MMR immunizations within the past 10 years.
- Provide high-quality, individualized nursing care to adult clients in their homes.
- Work 12-hour day or overnight shifts, or provide nursing visits, throughout Westchester County.
- Home care experience is preferred.
- A valid driver's license is preferred.
