Requirements
Two to four years of experience working in a sales environment with face-to-face customer contact.
Interest in working in a Catholic environment; applicants from all backgrounds are welcome.
Interpersonal and communication skills for compassionate care in person and by telephone.
Organization, attention to detail, and time-management skills.
Proficiency using computers, software, and technology.
Responsibilities
Guide families through the Order of Christian Funerals and available options using consultative, relationship-driven conversations.
Work autonomously while building and managing an individual path to success, with support from the team.
Attend arrangement meetings, committals, and parish outreach as part of supporting families throughout their experience.
