Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or relevant experience.
  • Three to five years of videography experience.
  • A current Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate or eligibility to obtain one and pass the test within 90 days of employment.
  • Mastery-level skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
  • Professional experience with still photography.
  • Professional experience editing RAW images in Lightroom.
  • An online portfolio of dynamic, campaign-worthy work.
  • Ability to operate a camera, record audio, and edit video across the video production process.
  • A high-level understanding of codecs, raw video files, exporting, transcoding, and compression techniques.
  • Experience working with third-party vendors and preparing creative files for the web.
  • Ability to manage concurrent projects with tight deadlines across various teams.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, adapt to changing creative assignments, and maintain quality.
  • Ability to work under strict direction or with little direction.
  • Experience with process management, proofing, and error-checking.
Responsibilities
  • Create video and digital media content for a variety of projects.
  • Shoot video and still photography.
  • Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions.
  • Research creative trends and pitch creative concepts.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop style treatments, creative briefs, and storyboards.
  • Lead pre-production activities, including scheduling, site logistics, procuring permits, and renting equipment.
  • Conduct interviews, direct talent, and record voice-over tracks.
  • Film on location, process footage, and edit video content.
  • Source music tracks, sound effects, and digital assets to enhance video content.
  • Enhance visual elements through animation and motion graphics.
  • Develop video assets for company events, project sites, social media, advertisements, training materials, internal communications, promotional materials, and podcasts.
  • Work with individuals across teams to develop creative solutions for the company, partners, and clients.
  • Transform ideas into actionable deliverables, assets, and cohesive campaigns.
  • Organize and maintain a catalog of footage, videos, templates, and creative elements.
  • Convert creative assets into video content for websites.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, creative agencies, and third-party vendors such as photographers and animators.
  • Attend and film company events and represent the firm at industry events as required.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with Sony digital single-lens reflex cameras and Sony cinema cameras.
  • Experience with DaVinci Resolve, color correction, and sound production.
  • Knowledge of the architecture, engineering, and construction industry, particularly heavy civil construction.
