  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Google Analytics implementation and management.
  • Proficiency in app implementation, server-side implementation, and additional coordination of MarTech & AdTech.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager certifications are a plus.
  • Understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies.
  • Familiarity with tag management systems (e.g., Adobe Launch, Google Tag Manager).
Responsibilities
  • Identify client objectives and develop measurement plans and solution design requirements that meet the business requirements
  • Lead and execute Google Analytics implementations, ensuring accurate and efficient data collection, tracking and reporting across digital properties.
  • Be a key stakeholder providing direct updates and communication to the client on progress and barriers to success
  • Identify and resolve issues related to data collection, tracking, and reporting in a timely manner.
  • Implement Google Analytics in mobile applications, ensuring seamless data integration and tracking.
  • Configure and manage server-side implementations of Google Analytics, optimizing for performance and data accuracy.
  • Ability to support testing tool implementations to enable personalized user experiences and A/B testing.
  • Data testing and debugging using plugins, extensions and web developer tools
  • Support in the deployment of 3rd party media tags and additional tags / tools including, but not limited to mParticle and OneTrust
  • Utilize Observe Point or similar tools for automated validation of data collection across digital properties.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to visualize data insights and support decision-making.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, development, and data science to ensure alignment and effective implementation of analytics solutions.
  • Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends in analytics and implementation strategies.
