Requirements
  • Ability to synthesize complex and disparate data into actionable insights and analysis.
  • Proactive ability to build new capabilities, processes, and templates to enhance the in-house analytics function and support digital and loyalty growth.

  • Proven experience in a similar analytical role, preferably in a restaurant concept or another fast-moving consumer goods segment.
  • Strong proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau, spreadsheet applications such as Excel and Access, and presentation tools such as PowerPoint.
  • Working knowledge of structured query language, Python, or R to access and manipulate raw data.
  • Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
Responsibilities
  • Engineer and maintain core reporting infrastructure for digital and off-premise sales.
  • Support loyalty and catering programs with high-level performance tracking.
  • Develop offer analysis and recommendation capabilities for the loyalty program.
  • Conduct customer-level analysis for digital marketing campaigns.
  • Lead digital performance analysis and forecasting by extending digital and off-premise reporting capabilities across first- and third-party channels, promotions, and offers.
  • Produce weekly reports of digital and off-premise sales performance, customer behavior, and loyalty program outcomes across first- and third-party channels.
  • Manage continual improvements to automated reports and dashboards for digital ordering and loyalty, ensuring stakeholder requirements are met.
  • Work cross-functionally to identify strategies for digital and loyalty growth and provide data-driven campaign insights and recommendations.
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis on a regular cadence to support decisions that optimize marketing performance.
  • Perform other analytically driven exercises as assigned.

  • Experience implementing, managing, or utilizing customer data platforms.
  • Practical implementation of artificial intelligence tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or Copilot.
