Requirements
  • 1+ years of relevant work experience in sales or recruitment, with a proven track record of success
  • You are a self-motivated individual who is driven to achieve targets and who can demonstrate persistence

Responsibilities
  • Generate a pipeline from a variety of channels—outbound, inbound leads, events, and more
  • Leverage sales development best practices through multiple outreach channels, including the phone and social media platforms
  • Achieve outreach, meeting schedules, and qualified opportunity targets
  • Provide regular reports on the performance and progress of your initiatives, including lead generation and conversion rates
  • Partner with BDR Leadership to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements in our process
  • Leverage AI and emerging technologies to enhance efficiency
Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience in Consumer Analytics
  • Experience with the sales tech stack: CRM (Salesforce), Sales Engagement (Salesloft/Gong Engage), Lead Enrichment (ZoomInfo)
