Vikas Goswamy, assistant medical director, Sollis Health - Miami.

Vikas Goswamy, assistant medical director, Sollis Health - Miami. In an interview with Invest:, Vikas Goswamy, assistant medical director of Sollis Health - Miami, discussed the company's concierge emergency and urgent care model, its expansion into Coral Gables, and how it is improving access to timely, personalized care. "We bring patients through their care and help them navigate the healthcare system beyond just their visit here," Goswamy said. How do you define Sollis Health's concierge emergency care model, and how does it differ from traditional emergency rooms and urgent care centers? Sollis Health is a concierge emergent and urgent care company. What that means is we are membership-based, and we provide members with the ability to be seen by our ER-trained clinical team within about three minutes of walking into one of our centers. Not only are you seen immediately by an ER-trained doctor or care provider, but we also offer comprehensive aftercare, following up after each visit and helping our members navigate the broader healthcare system if additional specialist care is needed. Additionally, we have on-site diagnostics like X-ray and in-house labs, and can quickly facilitate advanced imaging. It is comprehensive and concierge in the sense that we bring patients through their care and help them navigate the healthcare system beyond just their visit here. What operational or clinical systems have you implemented in Miami to make that level of responsiveness possible? In Miami, we have our team here with a physical location that is open from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m., so there is access for 16 hours of the day, and members have 24/7 virtual access outside of those hours. Here in Coral Gables, the team and I have also met with local physicians in the community and with the big systems in the area, like Baptist Health, UHealth, and Mount Sinai, to ensure that we can be ingrained in the community here in Miami. We also want to ensure that we can offer patients care whenever they need it or wherever they get the rest of their care. As assistant medical director, how do you balance high-touch, personalized care with emergency-level readiness? All of our physicians are board-certified emergency physicians, and all of our physician assistants have had at least three years of experience in the ER. Our team is equipped to handle a wide range of medical concerns, drawing on years of experience working in emergency departments across Miami, Florida, and the broader U.S. healthcare system before joining Sollis. What also sets the Sollis team apart is the ability to spend meaningful time with patients. Care is not rushed - it is highly personalized, with support from our broader teams, including care navigation and aftercare, to help ensure patients are guided through every step of their care journey. How have in-house diagnostics changed decision-making speed and patient outcomes? In Coral Gables, we have a full lab. Basically, any tests that you would expect to do in an ER for quick diagnostics, we can get them back in 10 to 15 minutes, which speeds up patients' care. We also do not need to keep our patients here to wait for those tests to come back. Because everyone is a member, they can get their lab tests done and then go about their day, and we can call them and give them results. Beyond that, we have X-ray right here. From the time of order to the X-ray, it takes about two or three minutes, and we get that read pretty quickly as well. We are able to provide those services right here in our clinic. A visit that might take three to four hours in a traditional ER can take anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour here in Coral Gables. Care navigation and specialist coordination are a major part of the model. How do you ensure seamless transitions when a patient needs care beyond what Sollis can provide? We have an entire care navigation team that is run by our director, Stefanie Roumeliotis PA-C, and that team has built up a network with physicians in the community who are right here in Coral Gables and Miami, as well as with the big healthcare systems. We also have strong relationships with specialists across the community, so when we refer a patient, we can often connect directly with the physician beforehand to help ensure continuity and a smoother handoff. That way, when patients walk in the door, they do not have to explain everything from the beginning. Their physician already has an idea of what is going on with them and can pick up from where we left off. What do you think about the broader role of concierge healthcare within the overall healthcare ecosystem? Concierge healthcare plays an important complementary role within the broader healthcare ecosystem. Our goal is not to replace traditional healthcare systems, but to help patients receive exceptional immediate care and also help them navigate traditional healthcare systems more seamlessly. We often serve as a bridge between patients and their primary care doctor - helping connect people to the right specialists, hospitals, and physicians when they need additional care. We also help alleviate some of the friction patients experience in traditional healthcare settings by providing faster access, more coordination, and a more personalized experience. Ultimately, we see concierge care as a way to improve continuity, access, and patient experience within the larger healthcare landscape. Sollis also plays a complementary role to the existing concierge primary care landscape, working closely with many incredible concierge primary care doctors across all of our regions. Miami is a unique market with international patients and seasonal residents. How have you adapted Sollis' model to fit the local population? Here in Miami, there are international patients who often do not have insurance in the United States. Sollis can really help them get the care they need without worrying about the bill that is going to come afterward. Once they are members, most of their care is included in their membership here. For patients in Miami, we provide an additional layer of access to care that can help alleviate pressure on overcrowded emergency rooms and urgent care centers. We are also available beyond the typical hours of many urgent care facilities, giving patients more flexibility when medical issues arise outside of standard operating times. In addition, our 24/7 telemedicine capabilities allow patients to access care remotely when an in-person visit is not necessary, making it even easier to get timely medical support We also offer house calls to our patients. Sometimes it is too difficult to get out of the house to be seen, or patients are not mobile or able to travel, and we fill that gap by bringing a physician to them. How do you train and align your clinical team to deliver both emergency-grade care and a hospitality-level patient experience? All of our physicians and our clinical team have ER experience and are board-certified in emergency medicine, so they come with that training. Sollis's hospitality-driven care is possible because of our volumes. We have much lower volumes than a traditional ER, and that allows our clinicians to really spend time with our patients. They are not rushing from room to room. They are given the time to see the patient, talk to them, get the full history, and ensure that they feel cared for and that their concerns and complaints are heard. Are there any partnerships that are especially important to highlight? We partner with local hospital systems like Baptist Health, Mount Sinai, and UHealth in two key ways: to give them a place to send patients when they want to avoid the emergency department and to send patients over to them when our patients need specialty care. All three are ingrained in the community here, and we have found a way to give our patients access to them while also providing an alternative to an emergency department or urgent care to get the care they need. What is your vision for the future of Sollis Health in Miami? For the future in Miami, I hope to see us open around the clock in our physical location and potentially open other centers in the Miami-Dade or Broward area to be able to serve more patients and build access for more patients in the area. How do you see concierge emergency medicine evolving as patient expectations shift toward immediacy, transparency, and personalized care? What Sollis is doing in concierge emergency medicine is truly unique - there is no other company in the country doing it. We have built a model that combines emergency-level clinical expertise with immediate access, continuity, and a highly personalized patient experience. A major part of that model is our close partnership with local primary care physicians. We provide them with a trusted extension of care for moments when their offices are fully booked, closed after hours, or when a patient needs immediate attention that cannot wait days for an appointment. Because we always have emergency-trained physicians available, patients can be evaluated within minutes of arriving. That creates peace of mind not only for patients, but also for the physicians caring for them. Primary care doctors know their patients are being seen quickly, thoroughly, and in an environment designed to provide both high-quality medical care and a better overall experience. As patient expectations continue to evolve, I think we will see growing demand for healthcare models that prioritize speed, access, coordination, and personalization - without sacrificing clinical quality.

Concierge healthcare memberships are the new status symbol.

Concierge healthcare memberships are the new status symbol. By Adrienne Faurote, Fashion & Jewelry Director / Editor-in-Chief of Haute Time There was a time when white-glove service was the exclusive domain of luxury hotels, private aviation, and members-only clubs. The expectation was simple: pay enough, and the friction disappears. Everything is arranged, anticipated, and handled - before you even realize you need it. That standard has spent years migrating into new categories, and in 2026, it has arrived fully in healthcare. Seamless access to medical care has become one of the most meaningful status symbols of the moment, and no company is making that case more clearly than Sollis Health. Photo Credit: Courtesy Founded in 2016, Sollis operates as a 24/7 concierge healthcare membership designed as a direct alternative to urgent care and the emergency room. The model is straightforward in its ambition and radical in its execution: board-certified, ER-trained physicians available immediately, around the clock, with an average wait time of 3.5 minutes. On-site diagnostics - CT, X-ray, MRI at select locations, ultrasound, EKG, and in-house labs - mean that the most common reasons people end up in an emergency room can be addressed in a setting that feels nothing like one. Sollis treats approximately 95% of cases traditionally seen in the ER, covering everything from broken bones and chest pain evaluations to severe infections, kidney stones, and pediatric emergencies. The membership structure mirrors the tiered model that luxury brands have always used to signal access and depth of service. The Signature Membership, starting at $4,000 annually, covers unlimited urgent and emergency care visits, 24/7 virtual care, ER-level procedures, rapid diagnostics, care navigation, expedited specialist referrals, and global travel support. The Platinum Membership, starting at $12,000 annually, adds all-inclusive advanced imaging, complimentary house calls, dedicated concierge support, and premium preventative health services - the healthcare equivalent of a suite upgrade with butler service. What distinguishes Sollis from traditional concierge medicine is that it was built specifically for the unexpected. Most concierge practices focus on primary care - annual physicals, chronic condition management, routine check-ins. Sollis was designed for the moment when something goes wrong at 2 AM, when you are traveling and don't know where to go, when a specialist referral that would normally take six weeks needs to happen in six hours. The care navigation team coordinates the entire experience from diagnosis through recovery, managing the handoffs between Sollis physicians, existing primary care doctors, and specialists that typically fall to the patient to navigate alone. Photo Credit: Courtesy The network currently spans 14 centers across New York - including four Manhattan locations and the Hamptons - Los Angeles, San Francisco, Miami, Palm Beach, and Boca Raton, with members able to access any location nationwide. For the Haute Living reader who moves between cities, travels internationally, and simply cannot afford the hours lost to an emergency room waiting room, the geography of that footprint is the point. Sollis follows where its members go. The broader shift Sollis represents is worth naming directly. Physician shortages are real, emergency rooms are increasingly overwhelmed, and the experience of navigating the American healthcare system - even for straightforward medical needs - has become one of the more reliably frustrating experiences in modern life. Into that gap, Sollis has introduced a model that borrows from the luxury hospitality playbook: if the experience of receiving care is designed with the same attention given to a five-star hotel stay, the outcome changes. Not just the convenience, but the quality of the care itself - because physicians with unlimited time, immediate diagnostic access, and a coordinated care team around them practice differently than physicians managing an overcrowded waiting room. In a world where time is the most finite resource and health is the most fundamental one, seamless access to exceptional medical care is not a luxury. It is becoming a baseline expectation for those who know what is possible. The Haute read. Sollis Health's 24/7 concierge membership - with a 3.5-minute average wait time, ER-trained physicians, and locations from Manhattan to Miami - is redefining premium healthcare as the new status symbol for those who demand something better. The best experiences are the ones you can't book online. Epstein paid Trump ally Steve Bannon's medical bills.

Epstein paid Trump ally Steve Bannon's medical bills. A new report reveals that convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein allegedly paid the medical bills for Trump ally Steve Bannon. Published on May 11, 2026 A new financial link between one of President Donald Trump's closest allies and convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein has been revealed within a document from the files of the deceased financier from 2018. The document from the released packet of files contains a text message exchange between Epstein and far-right conservative Steve Bannon, who is one of Trump's closest allies and a former strategist. In the conversation which ranges from June 29 to July 3, the two discuss various topics, including Bannon's personal health. Epstein volunteered the personal cellphone number of Dr. Bernard Kruger, a health practitioner based in Manhattan, New York City, to Bannon. "I need to keep you WITH prostate," Epstein wrote. "Kruger is super confidential." Kruger would step down from his roles at the Atria Health and Research Institute and Sollis Health in March, after his ties to Epstein were revealed. According to reporting from the New York Times, he allegedly provided private emergency room services to Epstein in an annual membership worth $15 million. "Great," Bannon replied. In response, Epstein added: "Your medical expenses from a to z have been covered by me - least I could do," to which Bannon responded, "Stop!" Another document showing iMessages between Epstein and director and actor Woody Allen also showed more correspondence between Epstein and Bannon, with both of their names redacted. That conversation, highlighted by Big True Crime podcaster Heather Ashley in a post on the Threads social media network, also showed one striking comment by Epstein regarding a possible dinner with Bannon and Allen, where Epstein asked, "Too many pedos in one place?" The resurgence of mentions of Bannon with regards to Epstein come as there is a consistent push for the Trump administration to release more of the Epstein files without any redactions. The released documents concerning Bannon and Epstein contain their correspondence until 2019.
