Requirements
  • A Bac+2 qualification is required.
  • A first experience in student administration or management assistance in a school or training center is required.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
  • Proficiency in Excel is required.
  • Reactivity, rigor, empathy, interpersonal and organizational skills, and a customer-service orientation are required.
Responsibilities
  • Answer student questions through physical and digital hubs, telephone, and email.
  • Communicate with students about school-life matters, events, deadlines, and information needed for smooth academic progress.
  • Communicate with instructors about school-life matters, deadlines, and events.
  • Coordinate with the scheduling service to support a smooth student experience.
  • Contribute to organizing and managing student intakes.
  • Contribute to organizing meetings with student representatives and tracking related action plans.
  • Organize events related to student deliverables, including master's theses, capstones, and revision sessions.
  • Contribute to preparing and organizing academic juries.
  • Contribute to managing re-enrollment by communicating with students and conducting individualized follow-ups.
  • Participate in managing educational projects, including electives, the creative track, and language courses.
  • Contribute to organizing the professional steering committee for PGE M2.
