Responsibilities
  • Promote the establishment's room and space rental offering.
  • Prospect new clients.
  • Develop individual and professional memberships.
  • Identify and market new services, including workshops, training, activities, support, team building, awareness initiatives, and cybersecurity.
  • Represent the association at local events.
  • Respond to information and quotation requests.
  • Update prospect and partner files.
  • Manage client relationships through completion of the services.
  • Participate in organizing events that generate new contacts.
  • Track commercial indicators and prepare reporting.
  • Design and distribute communication materials promoting the association's activities.
  • Manage registrations and their follow-up.
  • Maintain the social media channels, website, and newsletters.
  • Produce photo and video reports during events.
  • Highlight testimonials, results, and impacts of completed activities.
  • Support the association's day-to-day activities.
  • Welcome visitors and partners.
  • Contribute to organizing and facilitating events.
