Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in SEO, both execution and strategy, for B2B companies.
  • Proven track record of effectively advancing SEO rankings for B2B companies, and increasing qualified leads from SEO.
  • Knowledge of technical SEO, and ability to implement and guide and monitor external agencies in doing so.
  • Knowledge of content strategy and optimization.

Responsibilities
  • Strategy Ownership: Develop, lead, and continuously refine a holistic SEO strategy (including both content and technical SEO) that drives qualified traffic, rankings, and pipeline.
  • Execution & Optimization: Balance hands-on execution (keyword research, on-page optimization, technical audits, etc.) with guiding agency partners and internal teams.
  • Agency & Vendor Management: Collaborate with SEO, link-building, and analytics agencies to deliver against KPIs, ensuring external efforts align with broader marketing goals.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with content, product marketing, PR, and web development to create optimized assets, improve site architecture, and support launches.
  • Technical SEO: Conduct audits, oversee site health, resolve crawl/indexing issues, optimize site speed, and more.
  • Content SEO: Drive keyword research, content gap analysis, and optimization strategies across product pages, blogs, glossaries, and thought-leadership. Work cross-functionally to drive SEO content calendar.
  • Emerging Search (AEO + GEO): Experiment with and implement tactics that improve visibility in AI-powered search engines and generative results.
  • Measurement: Track performance using analytics and SEO tools, across SEMrush, Google Analytics, and more, to provide insights to leadership, and continually iterate strategy based on results.
  • Continuous Improvement & Innovation:
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in B2B digital marketing, SEO, GEO and AEO.
  • Implement best practices and innovative tactics to drive new leads and improve website and SEO performance.
