Requirements
  • 8+ years administrative assistant experience supporting c-suite level executive or experience supporting a CEO and Board of Directors.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Word, SharePoint, and Power Point skills; beginner to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Advanced experience with Outlook email and calendaring program.
  • Experience in understanding complex business problems and articulating challenges, proposing solutions and working cross-functionally to achieve goals.
  • Follow through on projects and commitments with speed and efficiency.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with positive, can-do attitude.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information.
  • Ability to handle complex assignments using considerable judgment and initiative.

Responsibilities
  • Get along with internal and external customers responding timely and appropriately to meeting and/or information requests.
  • Work alongside other assistants and facilities team to coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and interviews across business partners and dispersed locations.
  • Formulate information for internal and external communication – memo, emails, presentations, reports.
  • Support executive team with internal and external responsibilities activities such as printing presentation materials, scheduling meeting, ordering and handling office supplies.
  • Manage complex calendars to support Executive and direct reports.
  • Book and arrange travel, including prioritizing detailed itineraries, Visa processing.
  • Handles details of highly confidential and critical nature.
  • Manages and maintains expense reports in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Reconcile all P-card activity using Concur by providing accurate documentation.
  • Handle conference room set-up including teleconference meeting set-up for virtual and hybrid team members; coordinating with IT team.
  • Coordinate functional and team celebrations.
  • Understand new processes within Clorox to educate and support teams for their own use.
  • Prepare reports, collect and analyze information; prepare presentations.
  • Assist with onboarding and off-boarding team members.
  • Provide leaders with recommendations and consultation to improve teamwork across the organization.
  • Assist the executive team members to resolve and prioritize business strategies based on their schedule.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations and spreadsheets using software applications (e.g. Excel, Power Point, etc.)
Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
