Requirements
  • 10+ years of marketing analytics experience in a highly data-driven, analytical environment.
  • Proven leadership skills in building and leading high-performing organizations.
  • Ability to translate quantitative data into actionable recommendations and business objectives into marketing goals and metrics.
  • Highly proficient in econometric and statistical modeling, artificial intelligence, machine learning, logistic regression, predictive modeling, and forecasting.
  • High proficiency in as many of the following: Datorama, SAS, SPSS, R, MS Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, and Hadoop.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate analytics into content for executive management consumption.
  • Strong work ethic and organizational skills.
  • MS or Ph.D. in statistics, mathematics, engineering, or economics preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee the development of measurement models and connect analytics results to actionable business applications.
  • Create performance measurement and data collection plans.
  • Integrate data from multiple channels and sources for use in a single analysis and accurately assess the quality of data.
  • Oversee the development of dashboards and standardized reports to provide insight to marketing stakeholders.
  • Lead the creation and maintenance of marketing key performance indicators, ROI models, and predictive models for marketing campaigns.
  • Provide campaign optimization recommendations and influence marketing campaign planning.
  • Present data with visualizations that support conclusions and insights.
  • Lead ongoing enhancements to marketing mix models to increase client marketing ROI.
  • Oversee the development and application of multi-touch attribution modeling to relevant marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee the creation of project intake forms and statements of work based on the assessment of client needs and deliverables with a keen eye for detail.
  • Demonstrate strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to mine data for relevant and actionable insights.
  • Embody the ATG value of always being curious and motivated to learn about current survey, media, health, and analytics trends that may influence analysis.
  • Manage several clients simultaneously, ensuring consistent, high-quality deliverables that meet timelines and stay on budget.
  • Oversee creating internal processes and templates to improve the efficiency and quality of Marketing Intelligence deliverables.
  • Participate in business development initiatives as needed.
  • Conduct research on new technologies that could be used in the company’s services and operations.
  • Lead the team with the ability to manage foundational work and provide thought leadership for improving the use of data in marketing practices.
  • Mentor junior team members as they grow their skills, providing training, mentorship, and leadership as needed.
  • Assign projects to balance workloads and challenge team members' skills, ensuring projects showcase the agency's capabilities.
  • Offer formal and informal feedback to direct reports to help grow their creative sensibilities and progress in their craft.
  • Participate in performance reviews and provide coaching to create growth plans for direct reports as needed.
  • Facilitate participation, inclusion, and diversity of perspectives on your team and throughout the agency.
