  • Five+ (5+) years of Printing or related Manufacturing experience, plus a minimum of one (1) year of management experience or a demonstrated equivalent level of expertise.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or a demonstrated equivalent level of applicable experience.
  • Proven ability to coach and mentor a team to increase impact.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • ERP and Oracle experience is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excelling in developing professional relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Ability to travel domestically quarterly and internationally annually.
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for planning, reviewing, and developing production procedures and personnel.
  • Assign all Projects among team with a focus on workload balance by maintaining metrics around project timing and complexity.
  • Maintains reports to reflect scheduling, methods, support performance and process procedures.
  • Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
  • Supports Company initiatives with a focus on project planning and production efficiencies.
  • Communicates to all internal stakeholders on risk mitigation and status updates around cost, delays and quality issues.
  • Collaborates and supports team initiatives around Strategy, Sustainability and Quality.
