Requirements
  • Deep, hands-on experience in Corporate Actions Operations across fintechs, banks, custodians, brokers, or asset servicers, covering the full end-to-end lifecycle from event capture and validation through elections, taxation, reconciliation, and settlement.
  • Practical familiarity with the German retail investing market and an understanding of how European regulatory requirements translate into day-to-day operational realities, including tax reporting, disclosures, and market deadlines.
  • Familiarity with custody structures and market infrastructure, including central securities depositories and other depositories, and the ability to build effective working relationships with custodians and other counterparties.
  • Ability to manage complex exceptions and run end-to-end investigations involving cash or securities breaks, tax discrepancies, and rate validations through documented resolution.
  • An eye for detail and a strong risk, controls, and auditability mindset to ensure accurate, timely, and scalable outcomes.
  • A track record of driving process improvements and automation in partnership with Product and Engineering.
  • Fluent English at C1 level.
Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end corporate actions lifecycle across the instrument universe, from announcement capture and validation through elections processing, entitlement calculation, and final settlement.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to design and scale the operating model by translating real-world event flows into clear requirements, workflows, and screens.
  • Coordinate with custodians, issuers, depositories, brokers, and other counterparties to ensure events are processed accurately and on time.
  • Manage regulatory, tax, and market reporting obligations, including disclosure requirements, market deadlines, and internal control standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement and automation by standardizing processes, reducing operational risk, and implementing system and tooling enhancements as volumes increase.
  • Build and share corporate actions knowledge internally by creating standard operating procedures, event playbooks, operational handbooks, and policy documentation.
