Requirements
  • A college, university, or equivalent degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience is required.
  • PHR, SPHR, SHRM Certified Professional, or SHRM Senior Certified Professional credentials are required or preferred as specified.
  • Seven or more years of experience in Human Resources is required.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of multiple human resources functions, including coaching and development, talent management, implementing and improving HR processes, and organizational learning and development.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to influence all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to develop and deliver multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of different audiences' unique needs.
  • Ability to understand business goals and recommend approaches, policies, and procedures that improve business objectives, productivity, and HR development.
  • Ability to solve problems, identify issues, and drive appropriate solutions in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
Responsibilities
  • Partner with business leaders and front-line supervisors to sustain a productive and engaged work environment and connect HR contributions to business objectives through metrics and reporting.
  • Provide day-to-day human resources support and build constructive relationships with employees to strengthen employee relations and engagement.
  • Resolve complex employee-relations matters, ethics complaints, and employee investigations.
  • Provide performance-management guidance and counseling through coaching, counseling, performance-improvement plans, and corrective action.
  • Reinforce consistent application of company policies and standard practices and interpret policies when collaborating with internal clients.
  • Drive staffing plans with business leaders and the Talent Acquisition Team, project hiring needs, source candidates, conduct interviews, determine compensation, and deliver onboarding.
  • Participate in planning company-sponsored and philanthropic events and activities that enhance employee and community engagement.
  • Drive annual performance evaluation, workforce planning, compensation planning, talent management, and succession-planning initiatives.
  • Implement change strategies, recommend responses to organizational change, measure awareness of change impacts, and promote buy-in.
  • Analyze competitive salary data and external market rates to determine the market relationship for hourly pay structures.
  • Perform cost analysis and forecasting for hourly pay adjustments and hourly pay program initiatives.
  • Interpret data using business knowledge and analytical problem-solving to identify meaningful patterns and business insights.
  • Partner with HR leaders on local HR communications and implementation of HR initiatives and services.
  • Lead talent processes including talent calibrations, skill-gap analyses, succession planning, and development planning.
  • Define learning and development needs with business leaders and help build and implement development resources.
  • Measure the impact of training and learning-and-development experiences and use internal customer feedback to identify improvements.

  • Experience with Workday, Kronos, and Microsoft's Power Platform is highly preferred.
