AI & Cybersecurity Specialist Intern
About the job
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, or a related STEM field.
- Have an orientation toward meeting service-level agreements and the needs of internal business stakeholders.
- Have conceptual knowledge of IT infrastructure, particularly local and wide-area networks, servers, operating systems, and fundamental information security and protection concepts.
- Be able to participate actively in preventive or reactive diagnosis of problems and manage cybersecurity issues or incidents promptly and analytically.
- Demonstrate a strong inclination toward autonomous learning and cross-functional collaboration to improve assigned activities.
- Support the team throughout the project lifecycle, from assessment and architectural design through experimental implementation of use cases.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of delivered services by identifying gaps and opportunities and proposing technical, operational, or organizational solutions.
- Study available literature on AI agents and their application in Cyber Defense and incident management.
- Collaborate on defining an architectural framework that integrates AI agents into real operational workflows.
- Participate in developing playbooks and AI agents for specific use cases, and support testing new technologies and validation.
- Help reduce manual activities by proposing automation tools and keep technical documentation in the area of responsibility up to date.
- Promote development and learning in the role through self-directed, digital, and collaborative learning.
