  • B/S degree in industrial or mechanical engineering or a related field of study
  • Minimum of four (4) years of manufacturing experience with background in woodworking, industrial painting, or electronics
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience in Six Sigma and Lean methodologies
  • Experience with inspection tools for dimensional measurements
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
  • Green Belt / Black Belt certification is a plus
Responsibilities
  • Help define and revise quality goals
  • Track performance and report results
  • Ensure actions for quality improvement are taken
  • Coordinate process audits
  • Document and report audit results
  • Work with marketing and R&D on quality criteria
  • Ensure proper use of Quality module in SAP
  • Execute projects to improve yield using DMAIC methodology
  • Lead, coach, and participate in A3 Problem Solving projects
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
