Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the entire life cycle management of big events
  • Main point of contact between all stakeholders, from the event organizer to internal teams

  • Create and maintain exhaustive Q&A for user support team
  • Ensure all requirements needed to achieve project goals have necessary documentation
  • Presence on site might be required during the launch or other important dates
