Responsibilities
  • Assist Sr. EA with administrative responsibilities, including some calendaring, expense reports, meeting set-up, etc, specifically in the NY office
  • Some assistance for NY-based C-level execs, incl running coffee/meals, preparing documents, and preparing offices for meetings, in-person and hybrid
  • Help coordinate and implement internal events on behalf of C-level execs, including off-sites, team building events, and organizational wide meetings at NY office
  • Some floor management, including updating floor plans, submitting facilities and maintenance requests, submitting guests to front desk, etc
Desired Qualifications
  • AA/BA degree preferred
  • Proficiency in G-Suite (GMail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, and Slides) and administrative software a plus
  • A ‘no problem too small’ mentality and ability to wear many hats
  • Able to say ‘no’ diplomatically but flexible; calm, friendly, and professional
  • Proactivity and look ahead mentality
