- A first experience in systems architecture or information systems transformation consulting.
- Ability to articulate a clear vision of the role of information systems in business strategy.
- Ability to explain complex subjects in accessible terms and build support.
- Knowledge of current technology trends, including cloud, application programming interfaces, platforms, and software as a service.
- Familiarity with market standards such as The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF), without excessive rigidity.
- Professional English proficiency is required.
- Analyze business needs and frame information systems initiatives by understanding business challenges, identifying pain points and opportunities, and prioritizing transformation levers.
- Define target information systems and strategic plans by building clear architecture visions and realistic modernization roadmaps involving cloud, software as a service, platforms, application programming interfaces, and data.
- Conduct 360-degree information systems diagnostics, assessing existing systems from functional, technical, and organizational perspectives to guide transformations.
- Support chief information officers by evolving governance models, architecture practices, and delivery methods toward greater agility and value.
- Design durable, scalable solutions and architectures aligned with business needs.
- Co-develop new offerings focused on information systems modernization.
- Participate in pre-sales activities, including client workshops, recommendations, proposal writing, and support for commercial presentations.
- Share knowledge and expertise, contribute to continuous improvement, and support the internal community.
