Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
  • MBA, CPA, or Masters preferred
  • 10+ years of financial analysis experience; preferably in SAAS or Professional Services
  • Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning, Salesforce, or NetSuite preferred
Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the functional management team to ensure proper financial and business controls are in place
  • Streamline systems and data to identify, measure effectively, and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Manage headcount and staffing plans to ensure both functional objectives are met and within budget
  • Support vendor negotiations and cost management for software, hosting, and hardware
  • Manage monthly forecasts and annual budget through an inclusive process with the functional management team
  • Oversee variance commentary and analysis of the business function against complete P&L and leading indicators
  • Work with other Finance Business Partners, Corporate FP&A, and Accounting to disseminate and receive relevant information throughout the organization
  • Support cost optimization projects through profitability analysis and efficiency recommendations
  • Present complex information and findings to large teams
  • Moderate understanding of GAAP and impact on financial forecasts
  • Other duties as assigned
