  • Identify clients who are struggling or disengaging and take proactive steps to help them continue progressing and achieve long-term results.
  • Provide clear, honest, and transparent guidance about training, nutrition, progress, and challenges; communicate proactively with clients and the coaching team, surface concerns early, and ensure clients understand what they need to do to succeed.
  • Take responsibility for each client's success and experience; identify problems early when clients struggle, disengage, plateau, or face personal obstacles, take action, communicate with appropriate team members, and help clients get back on track and remain successful.

About the company

WarriorBabe offers 1:1 online health and fitness coaching for women, with a focus on those over 40 navigating perimenopause and menopause. Its flagship WarriorBabe VIP is a 12-month coaching program paired with a dedicated certified coach and the WB4 Method, which blends macronutrient-based nutrition, strength training to build lean muscle, metabolic reprogramming, and regular accountability delivered through the WarriorBabe app with personalized meal and workout plans and check-ins. The service uses a direct-to-consumer, premium model with high-touch support, a large team of specialists, and a strong community, priced from about $1,497 for the Blueprint to $2,000–$6,000 for VIP with monthly payment options. The goal is to help women over 40 improve metabolic health, reverse the effects of restrictive dieting, and build sustainable fitness and wellness through lifelong skills and personalized guidance.
