Responsibilities
  • Designing and implementing a comprehensive sales enablement strategy that aligns with business objectives and customer needs, particularly those of high-scale and enterprise organizations.
  • Collaborating with Product Management to create and maintain effective product training and resource materials.
  • Partnering with Marketing and Sales to develop compelling messaging and sales collateral that resonates with our target audience.
  • Analyzing sales performance metrics and feedback to continuously improve enablement programs and tools.
  • Organizing and facilitating engaging training sessions, webinars, and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of our sales team.
  • Acting as a point of connection between Sales, Marketing, and Product to ensure alignment and cohesiveness in messaging and strategy.
