Responsibilities
  • - Write, edit, and produce high-quality, engaging content for a variety of internal CEO and executive communications, including presentations for all-hands and annual summits, updates for board meetings, materials development for quarterly earnings CEO letter, and other internal documents.
  • - Work across the organization with colleagues to gather ideas, topics, and subject matter expertise to inform the creation of compelling content that contributes to building an inclusive and connected culture.
  • - Understand the diverse needs and perspectives of multiple internal stakeholders and leverage that insight to develop engaging content that resonates.
  • - Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure messaging is consistent, accurate, and reflective of company strategy and values.
  • - Demonstrate a passion for storytelling and provide ideas for innovation.
  • - Collaborate with creative professionals to develop multimedia content, including graphics, videos, and presentations.
  • - Build strong working relationships with professionals with diverse backgrounds.
