  • Proven experience owning a multi-product platform across diverse ecosystems and leading transformations from legacy systems to scalable solutions supporting millions of transactions per day.
  • At least 15+ years of experience building and leading full-stack tech teams in the adtech and B2B space, ideally in a complex, global, rapidly evolving environment.
  • Experience in building shared solutions across multiple platforms for key domains like quote to cash, invoicing, and data warehousing.

  • Consistent track record of linking product development opportunities and issues to broader business and operational goals, dealing with complex projects, and meeting conflicting prioritization and resourcing demands.
  • Strategic problem solver; demonstrated ability to identify important long-term trends and opportunities and translate those into meaningful insights, product, and engineering priorities.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a strategic roadmap that integrates ad network dynamics, platform capabilities, and data-driven experimentation.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of cutting-edge advertising and B2B technologies, creating scalable platforms that meet the needs of advertisers and enterprise clients.
  • Recruit, lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of ad tech and B2B professionals, fostering an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performance work environment.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in designing, analyzing, and testing new monetization strategies to enhance engagement for riders and drivers at scale.
  • Manage the budget for the technology teams, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to meet business objectives.
  • Ensure all technologies and practices comply with relevant regulations and privacy standards.
  • Utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of technologies and campaigns, continuously optimizing for better performance and ROI.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to keep the company at the forefront of innovation.
