Responsibilities
Own quality assurance before and after campaign launches across social platforms.
Assist with campaign activation and setup across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, and other social platforms.
Escalate day-to-day tasks to Social Solutions Managers, including flagging RCO deadlines, discrepancies, audits, and daily pacing checks.
Support campaign management, coverage, and overflow by pacing and optimizing toward unit goals, key performance indicators, and margin caps.
Respond urgently to general and specialized requests using knowledge of internal systems.
Assist with pricing and request-for-proposal support, including pulling platform data and formatting materials.
Support tracking and pixel implementation, and assist with troubleshooting issues and inquiries on social platforms.
Keep internal process and best-practice documentation up to date.
Own reporting, forecasting, and ad hoc audits.
Take and share notes for team meetings.
Desired Qualifications
Social media advertising experience is preferred.
Experience or familiarity with paid social platforms such as Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager is a plus.

Our client is looking for an assistant to support the North America Social team, including QA, campaign setup, and reporting, supporting delivery, top performance, and other client needs across paid social campaigns. The right person for this role must be very detail-oriented, a strong communicator, collaborative, and a quick problem-solver.
What You Will Do:

Who You Are
Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
1 year of digital media experience; social media advertising experience preferred.
Strong work ethic & discipline to work productively in a remote environment.
