Requirements
  • Be a student in marketing, communication, commerce, digital, or management at Bac+2 to Bac+5 level.
  • Complete a conventioned end-of-studies internship.
  • Be comfortable using digital tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Be organized, rigorous, analytical, and able to manage multiple subjects in parallel.
  • Be comfortable with work split between headquarters and occasional travel to restaurants.
  • Have fluent French.
  • Be comfortable with interpersonal interactions and contribute ideas.
Responsibilities
  • Pilot, with the community manager, photo shoots dedicated to remote sales, including briefing, product selection, and coordination with restaurants.
  • Place test orders at Fitzgerald, Vesper, Abstinence, and Hollywood Savoy to evaluate the customer journey and document areas for improvement.
  • Update menus, offers, prices, and visuals on Deliverect and Deliveroo, and monitor remote-sales performance.
  • Contribute to briefs and follow-up for B2C campaigns, newsletters, and communication materials.
  • Update and harmonize establishment listings on SevenRooms, Cinquo, OpenTable, TheFork, Mapstr, and Google Business Profile.
  • Contribute to the marketing development of Fitz Group Events and its partner-venue network.
  • Create and update B2B materials, including sales presentations, venue fact sheets, newsletters, and sales-support tools.
  • Participate in preparing trade shows, professional meetings, and prospecting operations.
  • Work with leadership and the commercial team to adapt materials and track leads, opportunities, and bookings.
  • Support the Operational Marketing Manager during meetings with partners, agencies, and service providers.
  • Track key indicators, including reservations, revenue, conversion, acquisition cost, leads, and bookings, and prepare Excel and PowerPoint reports.
  • Conduct regular monitoring of trends in restaurants, hospitality, and events.
Desired Qualifications
  • A first experience in marketing, restaurants, hospitality, or events.
  • English language skills.
