About the job
- Fluency in English is required.
- Clean, sanitize, and maintain assigned areas using established practices and procedures in accordance with company and client quality and safety standards.
- Monitor and inspect the assigned work area while performing duties and after duties are completed to verify compliance with site-specific procedures, scope of work, and company standards.
- Participate in training programs covering safety regulations, procedures, efficient and cost-effective cleaning methods, and equipment preventive maintenance.
- Provide janitorial coverage at different clinic locations, with El Monte as the home base.
- Oversee work assignments of team members and perform other associates' work assignments when required.
- Interact frequently with clients as needed.
- At least 1 year of custodial experience is a plus.
- At least 1 year of experience in floor care and carpet cleaning is a plus.
- Prior experience cleaning in healthcare facilities is preferred.
