Requirements

University-level professional qualification as a Licenciado en Química, Químico Laboratorista, or Analista Químico.
At least 5 years of experience.
Applied statistics for a chemical laboratory, NCh 17025, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001.

Responsibilities

Control, update, and prepare laboratory management documentation, maintain accreditation, and ensure compliance with the QA/QC quality assurance system under NCh 17025.
Prepare and update analytical protocols, quality manuals, and equipment operating records.
Prepare laboratory management documentation in accordance with Chilean standard NCh 17025.
Identify problems and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Participate in monitoring and renewing the laboratory's accreditation.
Conduct periodic statistical tests for chemistry and sampling personnel and report the results monthly to the client.
Participate in weekly meetings with the client company's Quality Manager.

Descripción del empleo

Principales funciones:
Responsable de controlar, actualizar y elaborar la documentación de gestión del laboratorio, la mantención de la acreditación y el cumplimiento del sistema de aseguramiento de calidad QA/QC bajo NCh 17025.

Elaborar y actualizar protocolos analíticos, manuales de calidad y registros de operación de equipos.
Elaborar documentación de gestión del laboratorio bajo la norma chilena 17025.
Identificar problemas e implementar acciones correctivas y preventivas.
Participar en el seguimiento y renovación de la acreditación del laboratorio.
Realizar pruebas estadísticas periódicas al personal químico y de muestrera, e informar mensualmente a mandante
Participar semanalmente en reuniones con el Encargado de Calidad de empresa mandante

Requisitos

Formación requerida

Profesional universitario, Licenciado en Química, Químico Laboratorista o Analista Químico.

Experiencia requerida:

Mínima 5 años.

Certificaciones y requisitos específicos:

Estadística aplicada a laboratorio químico; NCh 17025; ISO 9001; ISO 14001.
