About the Job

Requirements

  • A minimum Bac+2 commercial education is required.
  • At least two years of successful experience is required, ideally in a technical and/or construction, public works, or building environment.
  • The role requires interpersonal ease, customer-service orientation, administrative rigor, and commitment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and retain a primarily professional customer base by offering the company's rental services.
  • Monitor changes in the commercial environment, including competitors, the market, potential customers, and construction projects.
  • Visit targeted customers at construction sites and offices, present the group's equipment, network, and services, advise customers on suitable services, and formulate service offers according to the defined commercial action plan.
  • Help develop rental and trading activities by proposing complementary services or products.
  • Negotiate and validate local and regional agreements according to the pricing policy defined by management.
  • Follow up on service offers and monitor their successful completion.
  • Analyze results and take necessary corrective measures.
  • Prepare visit reports using the company's computerized system and inform the agency manager.
