What believers are saying

  • Health insurance is employer-paid in one role: PM2CM's senior scheduler posting offers fully paid health coverage.
  • Retirement contributions include a stated match: PM2CM's project cost estimator opening advertises a 3% 401(k) match.
  • One field-assessment role includes paid year-end closure: PM2CM advertises time off during the year's final week.

What critics are saying

  • Senior scheduling has a high experience bar: PM2CM requires seven-plus years of verifiable experience and Primavera P6 proficiency.
  • Remote recruiting still has a local boundary: PM2CM requires its talent specialist to live within commuting distance of Torrance.
  • Hybrid construction work includes fixed attendance: PM2CM's Pomona manager posting specifies Tuesdays and Wednesdays in the office or field.

What makes PM2CM unique

  • Progress measurement extends beyond schedules: PM2CM includes earned-value management alongside risk analysis and change management in its controls expertise.
  • Estimates are checked independently: PM2CM's school-project estimator compares its own cost estimates with contractor proposals to identify differences.
  • Field surveys use digital records: PM2CM's facilities supervisor collects condition and remaining-life data through tablets and other digital platforms.
