About the company

Cecelia Health provides technology-enabled virtual specialty medical care that helps people with chronic conditions manage their health. It uses licensed clinicians plus personalized coaching delivered through a proprietary platform to support self-management, medication adherence, and remote monitoring for cardiometabolic conditions. The service is offered through subscription or partnership models, often on a white-label basis for health plans, employers, pharma, and device makers, and is integrated into partners’ ecosystems (for example, CVS Weight Management). The goal is to improve health outcomes and care value for payers and partners by closing care gaps and boosting adherence.
