- Own the full invoice and receipt lifecycle, including capture, verification, entry, coding, case allocation, and approval routing.
- Book costs accurately to the correct client matter numbers so each expense is assigned properly.
- Process high volumes of vendor invoices and payment data into the financial and enterprise resource planning system accurately and efficiently.
- Reconcile credit card charges at volume, coding roughly 200 transactions a day and locating the associated invoice or receipt for each.
- Investigate discrepancies such as duplicate payments or miscoded charges and partner with the accounting team to resolve them.
- Organize and file invoices in the enterprise resource planning system for quick retrieval.
