  • Collaborate with senior leadership to influence strategic business decisions through data-driven compensation insights and recommendations.
  • Drive the scaling of compensation and benefits programs to accommodate rapid growth, ensuring they remain competitive and effective.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to communicate and implement compensation strategies that support workforce engagement and performance.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to ensure our compensation packages are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
  • Manage the end-to-end performance review program, seamlessly integrating it with compensation and benefits processes to enhance employee recognition and drive alignment between performance metrics and compensation strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in C&B practices, leveraging best practices and emerging trends to enhance our offerings.
  • Ensure that compensation and benefits programs enrich the overall employee experience, support a diverse and inclusive workplace, and play a vital role in driving employee motivation, retention, and well-being, thereby contributing to the organization’s success.
Desired Qualifications
  • Knowledge of payroll, taxes, and benefits administration for the UK/EU region.
  • CIPD certification.
