Responsibilities
Serve as the point of contact for project management staff, subcontractors, building owners and managers, building engineers, architects, and other partners.
Generate detailed and accurate conceptual budgets from space plans, renderings, and scope notes.
Conduct meetings with clients, architects, and other partners to provide project updates.
Manage the project life cycle, including subcontractor negotiations and buyout, project scheduling, material procurement, requests for information, pencil drawings, change order management, and project closeout.

Experience with project management software such as Procore, On-Screen Takeoff, Timberline, Salesforce, or Microsoft Project is a plus.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree • Minimum 2 years of industry experience • Goal-oriented -- ability to react quickly to changing circumstances and still achieve the desired end results • Calm and professional demeanor, even in high-pressure situations • Strong understanding of project cost analysis • Experience with project management software is a plus (Procore, On-Screen Takeoff, Timberline, Salesforce, Microsoft Project)
