Prepare and maintain production documents, shipping logs, and inventory.
Inspect orders.

Collaborate with the manager to establish, communicate, and execute measurable production and cultural goals in support of safety, quality, service, and performance objectives.
Implement production operations to meet productivity and quality goals and adhere to production schedules and the quality system.
Anticipate problems and take corrective action.
Coach the production team toward common objectives.
Apply motivational and corrective techniques, including coaching and disciplinary actions, to ensure compliance with production protocols and standard operating procedures.
Assign specific duties to personnel to achieve daily production goals.
