Requirements
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in investment banking, consulting, and/or business operations.
  • Operational enterprise SaaS experience required.
  • Degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Finance, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, etc.).
  • Excel/sheets proficiency with the ability to develop insightful models and quantitative analysis.
  • Strong critical thinking and sound business judgment.
  • Ability to deep dive into large data sets with SQL.
  • Experience driving business processes in enterprise tools like Asana and Pigment.
  • Comfortable with data and analysis in Tableau, or other BI tools.
  • Sharp attention to detail with a natural feel for numbers and data.
  • High degree of accuracy in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Impressive time management skills and ability to juggle multiple projects/tasks with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proactive with a positive attitude and a can-do, service-oriented mentality.
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for structuring GEP’s enterprise deals, owning economic terms, and being a key thought partner to the Sales team for strategic positioning with prospect conversations.
  • Support GEP through revenue, cost, headcount planning & forecasting.
  • Partner with GEP’s Revenue team to drive operations and conduct key analysis and modeling to help leadership make sound and strategically aligned decisions.
  • Lead forecast reviews, evaluate marketing efficiency and strategize growth initiatives, define a framework for account prioritization, and revamp pricing and packaging.
  • Lead key projects, focusing on GTM strategy, to help drive large-scale impact and transform our business processes to set up for the next phase of growth with GEP.
  • Help make things happen by rolling up sleeves and pitching in with operations.
