About the job

Requirements
  • Five to seven years of experience in data science, marketing analytics, or a related analytical role.
  • Advanced SQL skills, including writing production-grade queries against Amazon Redshift or another cloud warehouse over large, messy transactional data.
  • Python skills for analysis and modeling, including pandas, scikit-learn, and some exposure to gradient boosting such as XGBoost; version control is expected.
  • A solid foundation in statistics and experimentation, including holdouts, testing methodologies, and the distinction between correlation and causation.
  • Ability to explain complex analyses clearly to non-technical stakeholders and defend methodology when needed.
  • Curiosity about applied AI and hands-on exposure sufficient to form opinions about where large language model outputs succeed and fall short.
Responsibilities
  • Develop HCP propensity, lookalike, and segmentation models on medical and pharmacy claims, along with patient journey, line-of-therapy, switching, and adherence analyses; deliver outputs in a form media and strategy partners can activate.
  • Write SQL queries against large, messy claims data.
  • Contribute to AI product initiatives such as synthetic market-research persona panels, automated client reporting, and new-business audience generation, moving them from prototypes toward reliable production solutions.
  • Help define quality standards for AI-generated outputs, including audience narratives and physician panel simulations; build evaluation sets and scoring frameworks to assess output trustworthiness.
  • Support the design of holdout, geo, and matched-market tests, and scrutinize measurement supplied by media partners.
  • Create scalable dashboards and reusable tooling so recurring analyses do not depend on one person; help establish standards and best practices as the team grows.
  • Partner with Strategy, Media, Account, and Creative teams, and develop the ability to present directly to clients.
Desired Qualifications
  • Healthcare claims experience with Symphony, IQVIA, or similar open-claims/APLD data, including fluency with ICD-10, NDC, NPI, and line-of-therapy logic.
  • Pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing experience, including HCP and/or DTC marketing and understanding how MLR review and data-use restrictions shape deliverables.
  • Experience with consumer or digital data sources such as Epsilon, Adobe Analytics, GA4, or similar datasets and platforms.
  • Experience with incrementality testing, attribution, or campaign measurement.
  • Experience building products or workflows using large language models, or routinely using AI-assisted development processes.
  • Experience with Streamlit, dashboarding, programmatic deck generation, or other prototyping tools.
