The Integrated Client Engagement (ICE) Team’s mission is to drive measurable commercial outcomes, by leveraging Citi’s iconic global brand and deep client relationships, to partner across business divisions and geographies more effectively as we provide comprehensive solutions and advice to help our clients create Wealth. This will be achieved by 1) Systematic collaboration across Citi’s Banking and Wealth divisions globally, to identify corporate clients with a Wealth need and individual clients with a Banking need and more seamlessly deliver relevant product expertise and 2) Strategic alignment of Citi Wealth’s client-facing resources with global wealth creation trends to enable Citi to act as a trusted advisor in clients’ home markets and capture wealth where it is created.
The Business Execution Lead is responsible for ensuring delivery, alignment, and consistency of initiatives for the Integrated Client Engagement organization.
Core responsibilities of the Business Execution Lead includes coordinating and managing activities related to partnership and revenue sharing agreements between Wealth and the other Citi Lines of Business, being the main point of contact of the ICE team for all cross-functional strategic programs and being a strategic thought leader for the newly created organization.
Responsibilities:
Lead the strategic initiative to revise, update, implement and maintain new revenue share agreements between Wealth and other business units at Citi working closely with key stakeholder inside and outside Wealth.
Responsible for business management and planning for the ICE organization including but not limited to managing the team headcount, budget, real estate portfolio and forward growth financial projections.
Partner with Wealth COO on business reviews, QBRs, earnings material related to the ICE organization.
Be the primary point of contact within the ICE organization for any cross functional Wealth or Citi-wide programs (e.g., expense management programs, resolution and recovery, annual budgeting, product programs, new business creation / governance, etc.)
Support the organization’s financial health by managing financial control by applying a comprehensive understanding of the department’s overall budgets, optimizing expense savings opportunities and developing insightful analysis and reporting.
Review and monitor the key performance indicators, providing oversight of any business-critical milestone reporting processes and other reporting processes to ensure quality, efficiency and accuracy.
Responsible for regulatory and administrative duties in conjunction with the team, including financial, staffing, quality, risk and regulatory matters.
Support various ad hoc efforts across the different ICE teams including planning, training and other programs
Prepare reports, briefings and executive level presentations on strategic initiatives, projects and priorities with the ability to develop documents using data from various areas to tell a story
Establish and manage strong relationships with a diverse group of senior stakeholders across Internal Wealth and various Citi businesses and functions, to ensure adequate information sharing, reporting, alignment and communications are in place.
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in financial services with Internal Audit knowledge (preferred)
Experience working in global and complex settings with multiple stakeholders
Excellent project management skills
Proven ability to work in a team of diverse skill sets and cultures
Proven ability to work in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments
Consistently demonstrate highly effective, clear and concise written and verbal communication with excellent organizational skills
Strong leadership, interpersonal and relationship building skills are required
Strong team player who can work effectively in cross-organizational situations
Demonstrated success in managing deliverables within aggressive timeframes; ability to cope under time pressures
Possesses strong critical thinking skills
Demonstrated development, planning and execution of medium range and long-term strategic plans
Skills:
Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Able to work with large volumes of data from various sources
Excellent analytical skills with an ability to deliver insight and conclusions in a concise and logical manner to seniors
Detail orientated with the ability to see the larger picture
Strong understanding of the MNPI guidelines and ability to work with teams and data sets that encompass public-side and private-side information.
Clear and logical approach to problem solving; breaking down issues to component parts and prioritizing the approach
Proactive and able to work independently or as a team player with the ability to develop strong relationships with numerous partners
Ability to multitask, work under pressure in a demanding environment, be proactive and goal oriented
Strong written and oral communication skills and confidence to collaborate with individuals at all organization levels
Self-motivated with the ability to make decisions and maintain a controlled environment.

Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
