Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in the design of Design Language Systems
- Experience evolving design systems within complex and political organizations
- Mastery of design tokens and principles of versioning
- Ability to structure libraries and produce advanced technical specifications
- Ability to align design and code, ensuring a perfect continuity between Figma libraries and front-end libraries
- Deep understanding of front-end web and native environments
- Strong collaboration with diverse product stakeholders (VP, Head of, PM, PO, Designer, Tech)
- Ability to converge divergent viewpoints around a common language
- Ability to help clients maintain a competitive edge in their market
Responsibilities
- Pilot the setup or evolution of design systems from framing to adoption
- Design and document the foundations: design tokens, principles of design, components, libraries
- Structure governance: contribution models, quality standards, adoption processes
- Ensure coherence and scalability of interfaces across multiple products, brands, or devices
- Structure a design language system that is AI-ready: nomenclature, LLm-readable documentation, tokens semantically exploitable by AI agents
- Identify and ideally deploy AI technologies (MCP protocol, agents, generative models) to facilitate the creation of components and documentation, and to exploit the design language system to automate production of interfaces
