Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering.
- Ideally 8+ years of management experience in oil and gas or a closely related industry.
- A minimum of five years of facility engineering experience.
- Software experience including Microsoft Office and PDF Editor.
- Advanced knowledge of project management principles and guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Adhere to and champion the Halker Project Delivery Process for every assigned project.
- Coordinate all technical activities on assigned projects.
- Meet with clients to develop new business and maintain existing business relationships.
- Ensure assigned personnel coordinate their activities with other project participants and that contract requirements are satisfied.
- Serve as the lead communicator with clients and manage client expectations.
- Prepare proposals to obtain new project work from new and existing clients.
- Monitor work for compliance with applicable codes and accepted engineering practices.
- Maintain a current project schedule, updated weekly in conjunction with project engineering discipline leads.
- Assume responsibility for the profitability of assigned projects, including weekly review and approval of client invoices.
- Ensure compliance with current budget, accounts receivable, and billing requirements for assigned clients and projects.
- Develop project execution plans and identify resource requirements.

- Experience with PowerBI and Monday.com.
