Requirements
  • The candidate must be a U.S. citizen and hold a government security clearance with a polygraph.
  • The candidate must have an active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information clearance with a polygraph.
  • The candidate must have 2–5 years of administrative or executive support experience.
  • The candidate must be able to manage multiple priorities with precision and confidentiality.
  • The candidate must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and common government productivity tools.
  • The candidate must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • The candidate must be able to work independently and within a team in a secure facility environment.
  • The candidate must adhere to security, compliance, and information-handling protocols.
Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leaders, program managers, and mission teams.
  • Manage and coordinate calendars, meetings, secure conference rooms, video teleconference sessions, and classified and unclassified communications.
  • Prepare, edit, and format correspondence, briefings, reports, and documentation in accordance with agency standards.
  • Track taskers, actions, and deliverables and ensure deadlines are monitored and met.
  • Facilitate visitor access and escort duties in accordance with facility security protocols.
  • Handle travel arrangements, vouchers, and logistics for domestic and overseas travel as permitted.
  • Maintain and update filing systems and document repositories across multiple classification levels.
  • Support onboarding and administrative processing for new personnel, including badging, accounts, and orientation scheduling.
  • Coordinate office supplies, maintenance requests, and workspace readiness.
  • Work closely with security, information technology, and operations personnel to ensure compliance with Intelligence Community policies and procedures.
Desired Qualifications
  • Prior experience supporting the Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, or federal agencies.
  • Familiarity with classified document handling, secure communication systems, and access control procedures.
  • Experience preparing briefings or documentation for senior government officials.
  • Training or certification in office administration, project coordination, or federal administrative procedures.
  • Experience in a federal, defense, or intelligence setting.
