About the job
- An active Connecticut LPN license is required.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
- Authorization to work in the United States is required.
- A current physical completed within the last 12 months is required.
- Current tuberculosis screening (PPD or QuantiFERON within one year) or a chest X-ray, if applicable, is required.
- Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to pediatric clients in their homes.
- At least one year of pediatric nursing experience in home care, hospital, or acute care is preferred.
- A valid driver's license is preferred.
